Application services specialist - Czech Republic

We are seeking a Application Specialist

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is looking for stability - the contract is signed for a minimum of 5 years (contract is for indefinite period)
Someone who is willing to learn applications from the oil/gas industry

What will be your key responsibilities:

Providing Application Services for a certain portfolio of business applications within a specific domain.
Responsibilities include processing incidents and service requests, executing problem management for L2 and L3 tickets, and developing and implementing changes involving code modifications.
Maintaining IT system documentation and SLA

What experience should you have:

hands-on experience with Servers mgmt - Linux or Windows, Oracle or MSSQL
Scripting languages - Python or Powershell or Bash
Understanding of cloud and ITIL framework
Experience and technical skills with a hands-on approach are essential in this role
Fluency in English
