We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to become part of our team. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Specialist is to generate leads within the commercial sector, including large corporations, medium-sized enterprises, and small businesses. This involves recognizing business prospects, identifying key decision-makers responsible for IT/software procurement, and coordinating meetings for the sales team.
How will you contribute to our development?
- Identify and research potential clients and key decision makers in target industries.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications, with the goal of obtaining quality business leads.
- Understand client needs and requirements to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Work with Sales Managers to understand their objectives and target clients.
- Proactively organize meetings or webinars with potential clients to introduce our offerings.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competition.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams to improve our strategies.
- Ensure that all necessary information is recorded in the internal system and is ready for client meetings.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to develop strategies to convert leads into customers.
