Facility Management System Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Facility Management System Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will manage, implement, and continuously enhance our IT platform for asset management while providing training and support to users.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Shape the architecture of our information technology platform for facility management, ensuring it meets the needs of the business.
  • Administer the facility management platform, including managing user access, accounts, and data import/export processes.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to design import bridges with internal and external systems, such as invoicing and energy systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Execute data transfers from various systems, define transfer rules, and troubleshoot any issues that arise by identifying root causes.
  • Develop templates for budgeting, warranties, maintenance requests, and security incident reporting to streamline processes.
  • Oversee the mapping and documentation of building technologies, including energy meters and HVAC systems.

What experience should you have:

  • Advanced English language
  • Advance MS excel
  • Advanced knowledge of Facility management systems
  • Analytical and process thinking
  • Understanding of IT systems and basic IT analytics skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • University education
  • Experience with Facility management/IT systems administration
