AI Solution Specialist
We are looking for a passionate and curious AI Solutions Specialist to join our IT team in Bratislava, either on a part-time basis or as a trainee. This is a unique opportunity for an IT student who is excited about artificial intelligence and eager to explore how AI can support real business needs across HB Reavis.
In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions, prompts, and agents that help our internal teams work smarter and more efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments to identify opportunities where AI can add real value — from automating processes to enhancing communication and decision-making.
The role combines technical curiosity with strong interpersonal skills. You will work directly with end users to understand their needs, test solutions, and ensure that AI tools truly support their daily work.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and optimize AI prompts and agents for internal use across different departments.
- Collaborate with business units and end users to identify and design practical AI applications that improve workflows and efficiency.
- Translate user needs into actionable AI solutions and support their implementation.
- Provide hands-on support, guidance, and basic training to colleagues adopting AI tools.
- Research new AI trends, tools, and technologies relevant to HB Reavis’ operations.
- Document and share best practices in prompt engineering and AI solution design.
What experience should you have:
- Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (completed or ongoing studies).
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation tools.
- Programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, or similar
- Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI agent deployment
- Azure Deployments & Infrastructure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — ability to work directly with users, understand their needs, and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Good command of English (and Slovak).
Development Tools:
- Git version control

Should understand:
- Different types of ML (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
- Neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
- Model evaluation metrics and validation strategies
- Data privacy and AI ethics considerations
- Cost optimization for AI systems
- Agent design patterns (ReAct, ReWOO, Plan-and-Execute)
- Tool/function calling with LLMs
- Memory management for agents (short-term, long-term)
- Agent evaluation and testing strategies
- Multi-agent orchestration and communication
- Agentic RAG patterns
