MEP Site Manager
Our team is passionate about creating exceptional spaces, and we're looking for a dedicated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Site Manager to support us. You will manage office fit-out in a historic building and organize MEP work on a new, high-standard office building.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Preparation of scope for tendering MEP contractor or General contractor for a larger fit-out (c. 3m EUR)
- Review and optimization of MEP design
- On site management of MEP trades (quality control, monitoring of deliverables, trouble shooting)
- Ad hoc advisory on existing systems on a recent large office building scheme
- Help on resolution of remaining issues from the base build on a recent large office building scheme
- Expert support to facility management on mechanical and electrical topics
- Ad hoc advisory on a new large office project in design phase (commenting on design and LV)
- Support with testing, handovers and final completion of MEP building technologies
- Communication with and management of External experts and authorities during Final acceptance and WPP of building
- Work on part-time (2-3 days a week) for 12 months
What experience should you have:
- Previous experience as a MEP Manager
- Graduated engineer in MEP or general construction
- 5+ years experience in German construction
- 10+ years experience in installation of MEP systems gained at a main contractor or an MEP subcontractor
- Experience with office fit-outs both in pre-construction phase (planning, review of design) and construction phase (management of contractors on site)
