B2B Acquisition specialist for Polish market

Hedepy, a Prague-based, multi-award-winning startup and a leader in holistic mental health support programs for companies in Central & Eastern Europe, is searching for new talents to accelerate its expansion in the Polish market.

In Hedepy, we grew by 200% last year, and now it's time to take our B2B segment to the next level. 17% of the total sessions are paid by a third party, and here we see significant potential for further growth.

We are looking for a salesperson who is closely aligned with well-being. Someone who can ask the right questions to identify the needs of the other party.

What will be your key responsibilities:

70% will involve actively searching for and approaching potential B2B clients.
30% will include meetings and administrative tasks:

  • Preparing presentations and presenting them to clients.
  • Preparing offers, contracts, and documentation for invoicing.
  • Working with data and reporting.
  • Collaborating on the development of Hedepy for the corporate environment.

What experience should you have:

  • Believes that therapy can be beneficial.
  • Has experience in sales and cold calling.
  • Has strong communication skills in English (the company's official language) and perfect Polish.
  • Can create and deliver presentations effectively, both in terms of content and visuals.
  • Knows how to ask the right questions to identify the other party's needs.
  • Can not only unearth opportunities but also see them through to fruition.
  • Can work as a self-employed contractor - B2B contract.
