What will be your key responsibilities:
As Director of Product Management, you will:
• Define and execute Elevēo’s product strategy to enhance customer experience and agent performance
• Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the heads of Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
• Lead and grow a team of product managers and domain specialists across Workforce Management, Quality Management, Media Capture, and Analytics
• Drive integration initiatives with leading contact center platforms to expand Elevēo’s ecosystem
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through product design and implementation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver cloud-native solutions hosted in AWS and on-premise
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product organization
• Represent Elevēo at industry events and maintain relationships with key partners and customers
What experience should you have:
We are seeking a strategic product leader who can shape and scale our roadmap in alignment with market needs and Elevēo’s long-term vision.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS or contact center technologies
• Deep understanding of omnichannel customer engagement, including voice, chat, email, and social media
• Ability to manage and mentor cross-functional product teams, including Agile squads and specialized expert groups
• Ideally some expertise in integrating with major platforms like Cisco Webex Contact Center, Amazon Connect, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Background in developing and scaling AI-driven workforce optimization or compliance solutions is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with engineering, sales, customers, and executive leadership
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Czech or Slovak is a plus
