Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist with technical skills and a proactive mindset. In this role, you’ll help bring our digital marketing activities to life — from planning and execution to analyzing what works and finding ways to make it even better. You’ll collaborate with teams across different countries, using your mix of creativity, technical expertise, and critical thinking to make our marketing more engaging and effective every day.
What will be your key responsibilities:
Campaigns & Lead Generation:
- Planning, coordinating, and optimizing online campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Defining target audiences, managing performance, and generating qualified leads for leasing teams
- Preparing regular reports and recommending improvements based on results
- Coordinating external agencies with setup of Google Tag Manager, and OneTrust (cookie consent sysetm)
- Working regularly with HubSpot (CRM system) – setting up and designing newsletters, workflows, and automated emails
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyzing campaign results and monitoring website and digital performance
- Preparing regular marketing and leasing reports and insights
Technical & Administrative Tasks:
- Coordinating technical vendors (e.g., cookie lists, analytics tools, web tracking)
- Maintaining digital marketing systems and tools – access management, licenses, setups
Social Media Content & Community Management:
- Posting content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Managing content boosting and tracking boosting budgets
- Creating visuals in Figma (graphic tool)
Website & Content:
- Maintaining and managing content on the corporate website (WordPress)
- Supporting website updates and design refreshes
- Coordinating content translations and updating with internal and external partners
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of information, visuals, and messaging
Internal Support:
- Supporting marketing teams across all HB Reavis markets
- Providing basic graphic assignments (basic visuals and brand assets)
What experience should you have:
- Experience from similar role or from digital/marketing agency min 2 years
- Fluency in English
- Analytical skills, data driven approach, UX & CX focus
- Basic knowledge of Figma and HubSpot
- General knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio or similar
- Self-driven and proactive
- Always looking for innovative solutions (e.g., AI, digital tools, new technologies)
- Positive attitude towards learning new skills, proactive mindset and friendly personality
- The capability to drive projects, both independently and collaboratively, and deliver results
