Operations Manager

Team management: team building, motivating and developing, evaluating, giving feedback, setting goals, delegating tasks;
Managing the work of a subordinate team and planning human resources;
Preparation of the budget in cooperation with the Finance Department and its implementation;
Planning and organizing the resources necessary for the delivery of a logistics service;
Planning and optimization of warehouse processes and improvement of logistics services;
Implementation of recovery plans;
Proposing organizational changes;
Reporting of current operating results;
Preparation of bids for ancillary services;
Maintaining good relations with the client Participation and conducting meetings with the client;
Negotiating with the client;
Participation in recruitment and selection processes regarding the Platform's operational positions;
Taking care of the positive image of the company;

Knowledge of the Platform's logistic processes
Knowledge of warehouse and transport logistics
Knowledge of WMS programs
English language
