Project Coordinator PMO

You will work in our Project management team and in close cooperation with our Sales teams.

What will be your key responsibilities:

What will you do
  • Cooperation with the sales teams from US and EMEA on project preparation
  • Maintenance of project queues
  • Management of project in statuses Frozen or Dead, in order to resolve the situation, by either closing the project or establishing new contacts with customer.
  • Maintenance of Confluence PM pages
  • Reporting support - cash flow prediction supporting reports for top management
  • Management of historical open cases - training/install/license - checking with PMs/Trainers/ helpdesk and closing cases that can't be resolved, reassigned etc.
  • Management of PM team's internal communication or on PM team behalf- general announcements, assignments, updates etc.
  • Coordination of PS work invoicing, checking the invoicing dates, payment milestones set-up in Project object in SF, managing the requests for invoices to be sent to customers.
  • Gathering supporting information{historical documentation for Professional services costs estimations

What will you be in charge of
  • Creation of simplified design documentation for smaller projects, based on sales input (relevant only the small deals, mainly in US, where the pre-sales engineers cannot be involved).
  • Project queue management, cooperation with Sales regarding the Sales and pre-sales documentation necessary for project start.
  • Creation of standard project documentation for smaller deals (PIF, AT, acceptance documents, mainly for US projects)
  • Ownership, creation and updates of Project documentation templates for both US and EMEA.
  • Content management: maintenance of Project templates with every new feature/new version. Cooperation with product department and SaS consultants on technical parts of the templates.
