Account Director - German

Are media and digital marketing your passion? The agency is looking for an Account Director (m/f/d) DACH.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the development of new business prospects for existing clients
  • Working on and presenting pitches and proposals for new opportunities in Germany and the DACH region
  • Planning, directing and controlling client programmes/ campaigns
  • Managing pipeline, commercial forecasting, programme estimation, revenue recognition and utilization, and advising on strategic B2B marketing and recommending best practice
  • Conducting client briefs and workshops
  • Brainstorming creative and messaging ideas
  • Creating business pitches, RFPs and proposals
  • Leading the account handling team and inter-department alignment
  • Negotiating and renewing clients' SOW/MSA agreements
  • Networking and building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Planning and execution of account for growth
  • Reviewing accounts, assessing performance, measuring value and ROI
  • Managing line and performance development of the team

What experience should you have:

  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) knowledge
  • Experience in B2B marketing, agency or client side is fine
  • Digital experience and technical expertise in demand generation
  • Experience in Martech
  • Good business knowledge
  • Have a strong desire to provide exceptional client service
  • Good team leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the most recent B2B marketing trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Capability to provide strategic digital marketing advice
  • Competence and experience in acquiring new business and expanding existing client accounts
