Account Manager

We specialize in business applications in Azure (Power platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365). Our clients are some of the most demanding enterprises with some of the most challenging business problems. We partner with our clients to identify their business needs and address them with advanced technology solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and mostly maintaining a network of clients of various characters and sizes with a wide array of needs. You will be in frequent contact with clients to identify business needs and promote proper solutions to address them. You will also be in frequent contact with our key technology partners, to co-sell and co-market joint solutions.

  • your main task will be to foster great relationships with our current clients; any new client you can bring is more than welcome
  • you will act as the first line of consulting for the client
  • you will consult the customer on the economical sense of a project
  • you should understand the realities around solution development, licensing, and overall
    constraints and applies them actively in the deal definition
  • this role expects 1-2 weeks of foreign business trips per month

What experience should you have:

  • strong ability to identify and open new opportunities, mature them, and convert them into running projects
  • independence in discovering the client's business goals
  • strong ability to penetrate the client's structures
  • perfect communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in EN
  • team spirit while cooperating with other team members
  • very good overview of trends in the world of business applications and cloud-native
    solutions, as well as general trends in business, e-commerce, and digital
  • strong driven in self-improvement, learning, and application of unorthodox approaches
  • precision, reliability, and consistency
  • willingness to travel
  • proven track record of successful closings

Nice to have

  • proficiency in DE
  • experience with operating in the US and/or DACH markets
  • experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Microsoft Power Platform sales
  • knowledge of one or more of these platforms: Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps,
    Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI
  • active network with Microsoft representatives
