Accounts Operation Specialist with French language
We are looking for a new fellow to join the Technical Accounting team that is responsible for the e2e process of the reinsurance accounts, cash flow and data quality.
What will be your key responsibilities:
As a new member, you will be responsible for:
- Technical verification of received reinsurance accounts from clients as agreed in treaties
- Clarify deviations, incorrect data with SR's internal departments and/or with clients
- Process the accounts following a set of complex guidelines and processes which include claims issues to our claims department
- Financial settlement with clients according to treaty terms and agreements, timely management of overall cash flow
- Data quality control and risk management related activities according to internal guidelines
- Ensure that the agreed priorities, deadlines, and service standards are achieved
- Proactive investigation, analysis, and interpretation of processed accounting information
- Regular reporting activities
- Sharing of information with other team members and if needed support cross-team cooperation
- Contacting external clients directly clarify and resolve any operational issues
What experience should you have:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- University Degree in the area of economics, finance, or accounting
- Fluent in the English and French language both written and spoken
- Advanced user of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Detail-oriented and problem solver
- Analytical and investigative mind
- Previous experience in the field of finance is a big plus
