AP Accountant with German - Prague

The company is an independent family group offering consumers all over the world premium diary products. Since 2019, their shared service center located in Prague 4 provides support in finance, IT and Supply Chain for countries such as Germany, Hungary, Nordics or UK.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Verification of incomming invoices
Posting of incomming invoices (PO, nonPO)
Intercompany reconciliation
Invoice payments
Ensuring that all countries in scope are closed correctly and on time
Ensuring compliance to company processes
Supporting of process improvements and implementations of new softwares and solutions
Working with MS Excel and SAP
Daily communication with business representatives and colleagues from other teams

What experience should you have:

YOU:

Are interested in finance area (experience in accounting is an advantage)
Can speak two languages – English (intermediate) and German (at least B1)
Are communicative personality and team-player
Can focuse on details
Are open to changes and new challenges
