AP Specialist with Italian

We are currently looking for AP SPECIALIST WITH ITALIAN, which we are filling for our client - a well-known international FMCG company.


Prague - Full Time / HPP - Start date: By agreement / Immediately


What will be your key responsibilities:

- You will be part of the AP team looking after the Italian market, therefore your knowledge of the Italian language  should be at least on level B1/B2

- You will be using it mainly to understand the invoices or other documents from clients, mailing and phone communication

- You will be responsible for the classic Accounts Payable agenda, such as preparation of payments to suppliers in a timely manner, resolving any discrepancies, and ensuring that AP records are intact with company policies, ...

- Knowledge of the English language (B1/B2) is required as it is a corporate/team language - the interview will be held in the English language

- The training for this position will be provided as a matter of course


What experience should you have:

- Experience in accounting position or back office position with overlap to accountancy

- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and SAP is advantageous

- Knowledge of Italian and English language (B1/B2)
