We are seeking an experienced Appian Lead with support experience to join our team. • Lead a team of Appian developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, system owners, and end-users to gather requirements and understand business processes for Appian application development and support.
• Design, develop, and implement Appian applications and solutions based on business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting and issue resolution for Appian applications, working closely with end-users and other technical teams to identify and resolve system-related problems.
• Assist in the design and implementation of system enhancements, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure the availability, scalability, and performance optimization of the Appian environment.
