BackOffice Comodity Purchaser

• Drafting and sending non-disclosure agreements
• Creation, dispatch and evaluation of the supplier self-assessment
• Creation and sending of inquiry documents
• Support in creating price comparisons
• Price maintenance of serial items in the system
• Deadline tracking for the procurement of initial samples and tools
• Support in contract management
• Administrative support of the "Processes & Systems" department (e.g. creation of procedural instructions, administrator of the supplier portal)
• Administrative support for the Director Purchasing Europe and the Purchasing department
• Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings, meetings, training courses, business trips and events, including any catering
• Keeping minutes and creating documents, evaluations and presentations
• Ensuring professional office organization and handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Creating presentations
• Create purchase requisitions, initiate GR postings for invoices, carry out further posting processes and check invoices
• Ordering tools for the area of purchasing and preparing investment proposals (CAPEX)
• Master data maintenance in IT systems
• Contact person for internal and external contacts

• Open-mindedness, ability to work in a team as well as a goal-oriented way of working
• Fluent in English, German is of advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
• When you have experience in purchasing or sales is good but we can also start with an graduate without any experience
