Business Unit Production Manager

As Production manager you will be responsible for division of Machining, Welding and Compozites counting up to 150 employees.

You will be part of key management on site of Czech company, in close contact with Geneva´s colleagues.

Your main goals is coordination and control of production with requested quality, capacity and optimal production costs.

You will design and implement strategy which will keep up entrusted areas with technological development, technical and quality standards.

Together with your team you will identify improvement projects and set-up actions leading to process optimalization/ capex procedure responsibility of the managed projects

You will be in daily close contact with foremen and departments managers, leading operational management and manage all aspects of production together with purchase, scheduling, process engineering and warehouse.

You are responsible for HR activities related to your team: overall management, coordination, motivation, development and evaluation of employees.

Technical educational background

Excellent knowledge of materials and production technologies

Practical experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company

Experience with implementing process improvement methods

Understanding of 6 sigma and lean methodology

Experience with ERP system (Oracle)

Fluent in English and Czech
