Campaign Manager

Mi lesz a legfontosabb feladata:

New Campaign Manager’s tasks what we are looking for:
  • Building and managing’s commercial campaign and content calendar in collaboration with several internal and external stakeholders,
  • Making our campaign and content calendar come to live you: will be responsible for driving and improving the content generation for our newsletter & microsites by owning the related processes, and also to actively search for potential external partners and maintain relationships with already existing ones in order to reach, convince and gain potential new customers,
  • Ownership of our services (Baby club, Kifli chef, Kifli market) and private labels from a communication point of view,
  • Active participation in marketing projects,
  • Measuring, analyzing and reporting the results of your work; deep diving into data, understanding what works and what not, then making it better

Collaborate with:
Internal: Collaborates across departments, especially with marketing & commercial departments,
External: Collaborates with external partners regarding Kifli content and campaign message spreading,

Milyen tapasztalatokkal kell rendelkeznie:

  • 3- years of experience in the area of marketing,
  • Solid experience in planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns,
  • Owning a background in content generation, ability to utilize the area as such to gain new customers and increase customer engagement,
  • Having an attitude and ability of stepping away from your desk: you absorb information and feedback from customers and colleagues and implement the learnings to your daily work,
  • Mindset for optimization and testing to achieve the best ROI,
  • Comfortable with work in an environment with a high degree of urgency,
  • Strong analytical skills: the ability to convert insights from data analytics to campaign optimization,
  • Ability to work closely both with internal and external stakeholders in parallel,
  • Knowledge of online and / or multi-channel retail / FMCG environment an advantage
