Cash Collection Specialist with German

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • daily collection tasks, monitoring of overdue payments
  • communication with clients over the phone or e-mail, reminders or statements sending
  • maintaining the relationship with client and entering all important data into internal system
  • reviewing and approving held orders
  • assistance to your team with process set up and implementation of innovations
  • daily touch with colleagues from sales, client care and with management

What experience should you have:

  • current experience from financial or customer service role
  • advanced level of German and English
  • ability to learn new things and help team with processes and possible issues
  • outgoing and communicative personality, calm attitude
