As Iotor’s Channel Sales Manager you will take the lead on building strong partner relationships and identifying new partner opportunities in the field of IoT.

We are looking for a goal-oriented and technically literate channel sales manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all our partner relationships within the assigned territory (CZ, SK, Western Europe). Your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a region of assigned partners or customers. You will also be required to work with the technical engineering team whenever a customer needs customized products or services.
We're looking for fearless negotiator who can combine intense self-motivation with well-developed time-management and people skills. It's a chance to build your own territory selling products and company values you can believe in.

As Iotor’s Channel Sales Manager you will take the lead on building strong partner relationships and identifying new partner opportunities in the field of IoT.

Duties include
  • Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
  • Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.
  • Communicate Iotor’s offerings, unique proposition and values
  • Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations.
  • Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners and the engineering team.
  • Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
  • Participate in business offer creation and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
  • Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.

Jaké zkušenosti byste měli mít:

  • Entrepreneurial personality with strong focus on partners and delivering results. Able to build lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Channel Sales in software, IoT, facility management or manufacturing field.
  • Passion and interest for all things connected with IoT, software, hardware, new digital technologies and Constantly hungry and curious to learn about the latest trends.
  • Able to successfully communicate Iotor’s vision, references and products to prospective partners.
  • Strong storytelling abilities, simplifying complex concepts and strategies through design and logic.
  • Comfortable creating clean and polished written proposals, able to work with CRM
  • Personal presentation following Iotor’s attitude: creative, passionate, curious, bold, ambitious and choosing right way over the easy way.
  • Fluent in English, able to work also remotely using apps such as Teams, Email, OneDrive.
