Compliance Specialist

Compliance requirements with the purpose of ensuring daily compliance with all license conditions, regulatory requirements policies and procedures including understanding of the relevant technology.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the GDPR standard activities (drafting/implementing procedures, executing controls, responding to Data Subject right requests, handeling data breaches, reporting and advising business, support Group Data Protection Officer for local territory)
  • Supporting MLRO with regular reporting, 2nd level customer review and audit trail process.
  • Providing compliance assistance with regards to business contracts and provide support in third party Due Dilligence process
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable legislation for the ongoing regular business and identify the lack of and/or improvements to policies and processes, assess effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and implement required changes
  • Providing compliance assistace in regulatory audit, inspections and authories inquiries
  • Licensing monitoring and renewals - follow up the process in accordance to Group Guidance Advise well in advance according to Group guidance on any relevant issues or expected problems Timely submit license applications and renewals including all required documents well in advance
  • Involvment in implementing and maintaining the Responsible Gaming program. Monthly reports on RG ongoing activities including reports on deficiencies and/or failures. Suggests improvements

What experience should you have:

About your knowledge:
  • University degree in law/accounting/business
  • Fluent spoken and written English (B2/C1)
  • MS Office knowledge
  • At least two years’ experience in Compliance, Fraud, Legal or Quality Assurance functions
  • Experience in the betting/gaming industry is a big advantage
  • Good understanding of compliance obligations, requirements, and dynamics
  • Familiar with AML regulation and processes and social responsibility principles
  • Interested in developing regulatory and compliance knowledge
