Contract Management Specialist

Provide support to different areas of the business and the Senior Legal Counsel, supporting all aspects of legal and compliance processes and policies in Arriello.

  • Ensure contracts with clients and vendors meet business needs at all stages of contract life cycle
  • Ensure key aspects of agreements with Clients, Vendors, Employees and, other meet conditions we have agreed for indemnification and business needs
  • Work with the management team to ensure we remain completive and protected
  • Manage contracts database with key terms tracked for renewal and indemnification

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Lead contract automation process and suggest improvements to current contracting process at Arriello.
  • Suggest changes to Arriello’s standard contractual language and manage standard paragraphs to help us achieve growth with risks minimised.
  • Coordinate preparation of contracts from initiation till signing. Contracts include confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, project-specific agreements, data processing agreements.
  • Prepare the first contract draft based on the available template after receiving input from Sales / PM / Vendor Management departments. Alternatively, conduct the legal review of a contract received from a client / vendor and request input from Sales / PM / Vendor Management departments.
  • Participate in negotiation of contract terms to ensure the result is captured in the contract.
  • Align contract terms, flow-down contract terms from client contracts to vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate the signature process.
  • Maintain the database and contract repository in Arriello’s cloud storage.
  • Support areas such as Compliance (ABAC) and/or GDPR in accordance to your experience and take on learning to be able to act as a go-to for advice in these areas
  • Prepare Amendments and Termination Agreements to document changes in the projects.
  • Monitor expiry dates and other important milestones in the contract life cycle.
  • Be involved in new projects as Arriello grows to support the development of our legal team and your own professional development

What experience should you have:

  • A trained lawyer with experience working in a commercial international business
  • Knowledge of Irish or Czech legislation required (Some familiarity working in other EU locations is an advantage)
  • Experience working with GDPR or/and Compliance an advantage
  • An ability to work with others across different functions of a business
