Digital Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Our team looks into relying more on digital channels, and this will require a proactive, strategic mindset that can help us rethink our current digital assets, and find new channels where we could reach our target audience successfully.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Support digital marketing planning - our digital marketing manager will play an active role in creating the digital strategy for the company with the CMO on yearly and quarterly basis, and align the strategic plans with the marketing team.
  • Executing digital campaigns - this role will be the owner of the execution of the digital strategy, partnering with other marketing team members to design and implement lead generation and nurture campaigns. All third party paid channels will be managed by this role, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, review sites and content syndication sites.
  • Collaboration - As a central role within the marketing team, the digital manager will have to work in partnership with the creative team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for public-facing communications, create campaigns to promote content, allocate budget and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create appropriate copy and visual content.
  • Leads monitoring - Planning and execution is not complete without keeping an eye on the results, so this role is required to check MQL generation regularly, including quantity and quality, their correct attribution and allocation to sales managers, for digital channels and products.
  • Finding new channels - Chemaxon traditionally has some digital channels to advertise on, but these might be extended if budget or goal requires it.

  • Has a customer-centric mindset focused on solving prospect’s larger issues
  • Knows their way around the tools of the trade–- CRM, marketing automation, Hubspot CMS, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, social listening platforms, Google Analytics, and so on.
  • Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree–preferably in marketing, business or a related field.
