European Talent Acquisition Leader - English & German

Would you like to be responsible for the European recruitment of a global company with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes? Our client is looking for a passionate and eager Talent Acquisition Leader (m/f/d) - EMEA who has experience leading an international recruiting team, setting up strategies with entire lifecycle recruiting experience (through RPO model).
You would work for a global industrial company operating in over 40 countries with over 10,000 associates serving various industries worldwide shaping Talent Acquisition within the company, focusing on Europe.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Managing the execution of full lifecycle recruiting processes across multiple levels and roles, as well as handling changing requirements
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for talent acquisition in the region for business and HR leaders
  • Working closely with all hiring managers and HR as a trusted partner and valued advisor developing a deep understanding of their business, role requirements and talent needs while providing superior customer service
  • Managing and strategically aligning all external recruiting firms or partners to ensure we take a flexible approach to supporting the hiring needs of our businesses
  • Identifying candidates through proactive sourcing methods including direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, networking and diversity, equity and inclusion practices
  • Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through creative and cost-effective sourcing channels, facilitating an inclusive hiring process, and building external relationships within the community
  • Leveraging KPI reports and data to drive effective priorities and strategies with the business to develope sourcing and candidate strategies, metrics and best practices
  • Serving as a consultant on hiring processes, HR-related matters, compliance, compensation, level policies, etc.
  • Updating and maintaining Applicant Tracking System and contributing to CRM strategy, content and pipeline management
  • Leading several key strategic recruitment projects in Europe
  • Contributing to the implementation of a best-in-class talent acquisition process aligned with both global and regional requirements

What experience should you have:

  • Fluent in German and English, French language skills is a plus
  • Several years of European based full life cycle recruiting experience, including experience leading a small team of recruiters or recruiting partners
  • Experience in managing external recruiting partners through an RPO model
  • Understanding of critical metrics to drive accountability and a track record of delivering talent needs to the business through external recruiting partners
  • Demonstrate advanced and creative sourcing skills to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines
