Executive Assistant with German
I am currently looking for an Executive Assistant with German for our client, a modern international company based in Prague.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- supporting top management from German speaking countries
- organising managers' daily agenda and calendar
- scheduling meetings, calls
- organising business trips (flight tickets, hotels, taxi, visa etc.)
- cooperating with the managers to ensure that their agenda is accurate and feasible
- various administrative tasks (printing, invoice checks etc.)
What experience should you have:
- fluent English and German (spoken and written)
- good communication skills
- MS Office knowledge
- practice of client care principles
- organisation skills, ability to prioritise
