Executive Assistant with German

I am currently looking for an Executive Assistant with German for our client, a modern international company based in Prague.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • supporting top management from German speaking countries
  • organising managers' daily agenda and calendar
  • scheduling meetings, calls
  • organising business trips (flight tickets, hotels, taxi, visa etc.)
  • cooperating with the managers to ensure that their agenda is accurate and feasible
  • various administrative tasks (printing, invoice checks etc.)

What experience should you have:

  • fluent English and German (spoken and written)
  • good communication skills
  • MS Office knowledge
  • practice of client care principles
  • organisation skills, ability to prioritise
