Finance Manager / CFO
I look for an experienced Finance Manager from manufacturing environment, who is businessly oriented and lives in or near Brno.
What will be your key responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Partnering
- support the manufacturing plant leader to drive operational efficiency (derive KPI and measure them)
- Working Capital Management: inventories financial control, scrap management, AR collection management, credit controls review
- Budget/ Actuals:. Quarterly reviews and variance analysis; inventory valuation, Absorption/ Recovery.
- Accounting and Controllership
- Month end closing
- End-to-end finance operations ownership (AR, AP, payroll, GL, intercompany, credit control)
- Leading a smaller finance team
- Treasury function: banking, loans, LC
- Manufacturing accounting: Standard costs, material price variances
- Audit and tax
- Transfer price maintenance
- Basic consolidation concept
- Reporting
What experience should you have:
QUALIFICATIONS/ TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA preferred – or similar qualifications
- Previous work experience in manufacturing environment
- Fluent English knowlege
- Strong influencing skills across all departments
- A “drive” to influence the business by personality or analysis
