GFR Associate (limited contract)

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and book invoices for Nordic business in SAP system
  • Reconcile suppliers´ accounts
  • Reconcile GRIR (goods received – invoice received) general ledger accounts
  • Manage the team mailboxes
  • Communicate with business partners, suppliers, and all CoE Nordic teams
  • Solve ad hoc issues that can arise from invoice booking process
  • Work on month end tasks according to 445 calendar
  • Follow daily and monthly KPI setup
  • Participate in automation and digitalization projects

What experience should you have:

  • You will be in daily touch with stakeholders in the Nordic region, so at least intermediate level of English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Basic level of Excel skills
  • We offer the possibility of remote work for 40 % of your working days, so 2 days per week on average. For the rest of the working week, we are looking forward to meet each other in our offices in person.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Analytical skills
  • High sense for detail
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills
  • You are able to work independently
  • You are also a team player so other team members can rely on you when necessary 
  • You have hands-on approach to problem solving
  • You are familiar with SSC environment with general understanding of end-to-end processes
