Group Business Analyst

We are looking for a Group Business Analyst to join our team of twelve professionals. The business analyst department is part of our group Product and Channel Management department which is driving product management and delivery of new product features, trying to always focus on both player experience and value proposition. As our new Business Analyst, you will be responsible for specifying business needs and requirements for specific projects and products.
  • Cooperate with project roles (mainly product owners, business analysts, architects, and project managers)
  • Create business analysis and models (data, functional and process) for new requests
  • Responsible for the correctness, completeness, and timely delivery of described analytical outputs above for new projects / small demands
  • Be able to coordinate analytical work in more extensive projects
  • Support and cooperate through the development and testing phase (typically consultations with developers and testers, test case preparations)
  • Ensure that business analysis processes are being kept and that the quality of analytical outputs is high and consistent
  • Be able to suggest enhancements in business analysis methodology

What experience should you have:

  • Experience with business requirements definition
  • At least one real experience with the creation of analytical inputs for big projects
  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis modelling principles
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Advanced knowledge of CASE tools (EA, PD, RR)
  • Knowledge of UML diagrams and ability to use correct ones based on the situation
  • Experience with PowerBI and data analysis
