We are looking for a Head of Product Gaming professional. This strategic and inspiring leader will provide leadership and direction to the product gaming team and create and embed a culture where continuous improvement is embraced. What is vital for this role is to have someone with extensive experience working in the gaming industry, including Casinos, Virtuals, and Lotteries from the regulated markets. Since our products are accessible to our customers on all channels, from mobile apps to desktops, we would be happy if you had some multichannel experience.
- Product definition and development
- Building and managing the Product roadmap
- Identification and evaluation of opportunities
- Defining commercial success for all gaming channels
- Commerciallyworking Gaming products to increase revenue and contribution
- Represent the voice of the customer and the operational needs with technical/product roadmap priorities
- Ensure that the Content Development team deliver the best gaming content that matches our player's profile and preferences across each brand
- Drive a fact-driven approach to optimize gaming content positioning and hierarchy across all gaming websites and apps
- Work closely with all departments to identify and fix customer journeys and reduce contact-drivers
