Group HR Project Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Group HR Project Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and work closely with the HRIS Manager to drive HR projects and optimize HR processes.

The Group HR Project Coordinator will serve as the right hand to the HRIS Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation and management of various HR projects and initiatives across the department. This role will oversee project timelines, coordinate with different HR teams, and ensure that projects are executed efficiently and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Project management

Responsible to manage delivery of international HRIS related projects within Fortuna Group with the focus to complete the project goals in dedicated time, budget, scope and quality to satisfy project stakeholders.

Follow Fortuna Group processes related to project management (such as procurement process, project management process, etc.). Plan and manage internal resources allocated to the project. Plan, monitor and control the quality of project deliverables.

Prepare and update project management plans and proactively manage the project tasks to meet the project milestones on time.

Process management

Creates, validates, and documents processes and process changes, conducts impact analysis to all related to HR systems

Support Process owners with design and production of metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness in processes using HR systems

Change management, i.e. implementation of new processes across company; Support in creating training materials for relevant user groups

What experience should you have:

  • Experience with project delivery in IT / SW development, preferably in an international environment.
  • Orientation on project methodology and following simple principles.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, processes, and systems.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and their functionalities.
  • Knowledge of English language proficiency level – spoken and written.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus
  • Good Level of English Language
