We are looking for a new member to join the Virtual & Lottery product management team. Contributes to the Virtual & Lottery product management and lifecycle. Tracks product performance and profitability, builds and manages product roadmap, follows and monitors market and industry trends, gives vision, directions, evaluates opportunities and monitors product performance. Understands players behavior, provides competitive analysis and gives decision about the product portfolio. Drives the process of turning ideas into delivery of the product, focuses on customer experience and reflects customer feedback, understands the background of tasks and development, timeframes, resources and budget. Helps managing the contacts with suppliers and with FEG country representatives.
- Contributes to the product ownership and lifecycle
- Constantly monitors and tracks product performance and profitability and proposes improvements accordingly
- Provides data collection, data analysis and insights
- Manages the product from definition through development and release
- Contributes to building and managing Product roadmap
- Performs competitive analysis and process customer feedback
- Monitors Industry trends (product + technical)
- Identifies and evaluates opportunities for improvements in order to reach the highest performance and profitability of product
- Helps managing Communication with suppliers and FEG country representatives
- Cooperates in compliance of products
- Coordination with developers, frontend team, marketing, project management, customer research, customer service and other business departments
- Playtech/IMS product roadmap coordination and other vendors
- High, good EN skills (active communication including calls/skype, read docs, write specs)
