Do you want to be one of us?

You will be responsible for managing VMWare products lifecycle management, patching and new releases rollout, automation and environment improvements and supporting incident process and infrastructure troubleshooting operations. Role also required to take part with global strategy definition (security, patching) as well as cooperating with Enterprise Architects and Service Managers. You will be also involved in creation of technical documents focus on VMWare environments. Role also requires organization and communication skills, because you will act as mentor rest of team and experience with managing infrastructure projects.

• Provide technical support and service of HW and VMware platform.
• Design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the technical support function, including workflow and incident management.
• Develop and implement practices that measure the effectiveness and performance.
• Lead and being involved in global strategic initiatives.
• Work with VMware’s engineering team to implement formal feedback mechanisms for incidents, causes, and resolutions.

• Experience of large scale VMware environments as a technical specialist.
• Ability to deal with complex issues/potential escalations with minimal help and interact with senior and board management.
• Experience and knowledge in creating documentation and providing peer review to others.
• Involvement in projects, having demonstrated an ability to provide sound input into a specific technical area
• Excellent communication skills in English..
