What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Leads the FEG Romania Sportsbook team, developing and implementing FEG Romania trading strategy
  • Acting as part of the Senior team, working with the Group and local team on strategy and delivering KPI/'s.
  • Establishes and ensures continuously updates of the daily trading bets offer for both online and retail business on prematch and live betting products; ensures that FEG Romania has a competitive betting offer
  • Establishes and ensures the implementation of trading risk management policies in retail and online on both Casa Pariurilor and Fortuna brands
  • Keeps up to date on all trading policies and procedures
  • Coordinates the relation with all bookies external providers

What experience should you have:

About your knowledge & work experience:
  • University degree
  • English language on Upper-intermediate (B2)
  • Experience in sportsbook industry for at least 5 years
  • Experience with leading a team not smaller than 6 people for at least 2 years
  • Very good knowledge of Romanian Sportsbook market
  • Fluent Romanian language speaking is preferable
  • Preferred experience with multinational company
  • Strong experience in trading processes and odds settings
  • Strong experience in betting risk management
  • Numbers driven, preferred skills in Power BI, perfect in Excel
