HR Business Partner

We are looking for a HR Business Partner for one of the strongest companies worldwide.

What will be your key responsibilities:

As a senior HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner for the business (part of a senior leadership team). You will help align an organization’s people strategy with its business strategy mostly for Bratislava Hub, but also globally.

70% of People Lead for Bratislava Hub
30% of Global People Lead partnering with Global Leaders

Your main role will be:

  • Leading cross-functional talent agenda, engagement, and implementation of core HR processes
  • Global Talent Acquisition (local hiring in Slovakia is within the regional TA team)
  • Actively react to the development of the market
  • Data collection and analysis to support decisions
  • Organizational development
  • Creating effective solutions in the field of human resources
  • Participation in global projects

What experience should you have:

What do we require?

  • Relevant working experience in HR as a Business Partner for a minimum of 3 years, with the full scope of /performance management, labor law-related topics, organizational development, learning and development, compensation benefits core inputs and outcomes, etc./
  • Exposure to regional or global teams, projects, and business stakeholders
