HR Communication & Employer Branding Specialist

What will be your key responsibilities:

Act like an HR Communication Partner:
  • Design strategies to build and communicate authentically to internal employees
  • Coordinating and managing the internal communication activities from an operational area (COVID 19 rules, bank holidays, fire exercises drill, business updates etc) to the internal events dedicated to the employees (wellbeing, open training, ice cream days etc)
  • Check and customise the future message that needs to be sent in the organisation to be understandable and nice writing (vacant position announcement, IT announcement, code of conduct information)
  • Ensuring that employer branding & corporate standards are respected
  • Developing templates for internal communication purposes, such as e-mail announcements, online or printed materials (event posters, presentations, newsletters)
  • Preparing and managing timelines for internal communication projects
  • Giving consultancy for employees and managers to develop and understanding of communication and branding nuances of the business
  • Manage the internal channels for internal communication: SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
  • Deliver fresh and innovative communications using posts, video, audio, and animation leveraging existing communication channels
  • Approve or decline the messages requested to be sent to the internal customers
  • Organize and moderate the offline and online town hall meetings at Romania FEG business
  • Track effectiveness and adapt future communications to constantly increase people engagement

Act like an HR Employer Branding Specialist
  • Developing programs in partnership with the HR BP to achieve Employer Branding objectives (promote on social media the internal events, CSR projects, and open positions)
  • Manage and publish the content across brand channels, including social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), websites, LinkedIn
  • Leading and developing the Employer Branding strategy, in line with the FEG GROUP and the Group HR Marketing guidelines
  • Ensure that all managers know information about the Employer Branding initiatives, and they make strategic decisions when they want to announce something internal or external
  • Design and implement campaigns to drive candidate attraction and engagements through the right usage of offline and online channels
  • Evaluate and launch new tools and channels to drive campaigns for early attraction, engagement, and retention of talent
  • Cooperate closely with HR Business Partners to identify and deliver initiatives across the company
  • Define KPI measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns/projects

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Letters, Journalism, Marketing, Communication Sciences);
  • Employer Branding and/or internal communication experience, at least 2-5years
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding market trends, best practices, communication channels, and success measurement metrics
  • Excellent knowledge of the Romanian language
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Driving constant improvement with a creative way of working
  • Establishes good relationships with customers and staff
  • Builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisation
  • Makes presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence
