Inbound Replacements Specialist

As an Inbound Replacements Specialist you will be our replacement specialist, a key component in the order picking process. You will be the person in charge of finding solutions for missing items or problems in orders. You will always be in contact with customers and try to meet their needs, looking for the right alternatives to ensure the order is complete.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Always be in contact with the various teams and the entire warehouse
  • Discover the reasons for product shortages and look for solutions
  • Withdraw items from couriers if the customer decides to refuse them or if the order is cancelled while the items have already been prepared and are in ready for delivery
  • Work closely with Inbound Admin & Inventory team to avoid/reduce mistakes
  • Communicate effectively with customers and meet their needs at all times
  • Understand all warehouse processes from stocking to ensuring the order is ready for delivery.

What experience should you have:

  • Open-minded, fast-paced, results-oriented, structured, analytical, diligent and people-oriented person who enjoys working with new apps and is passionate about technology
  • High school or college graduate with 1/2 years of experience in fast-paced environments and familiar with warehouse processes or in customer service
  • Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills
