International Marketing Content Manager - Polish

Our client is the leading international online supplier of lamps and luminaires in Europe. Altogether, the company has seventeen online shops in many European countries. The company is growing continuously. This is why the company would like to add extra expertise to the Polish team operating in Prague, Czech Republic with an International Marketing Content Manager & SEO Copywriter (m/f/d) focused on content creation and management.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Writing content in English and Polish and selecting appropriate images based on the SEO team's SEO specifications
  • Researching and conceptualizing new content ideas for different international markets and assigned CEE markets
  • Managing the process from concept to final product delivery
  • Content creating with a focus on SEO performance
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal departments (e.g., content team, SEO, and eCommerce managers)
  • Defining and implementing a content marketing strategy for assigned markets
  • Being responsible for the quality of the content created
  • Monitoring current industry and brand trends
  • Conducting regular audits to identify gaps in website content, landing page structure, and technical implementation and making recommendations for improvements
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across our European sites

What experience should you have:

  • Few years of relevant professional work experience
  • Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C2) along with advanced writing skills in required languages
  • Experience in using web content editors or content management systems such as Magento and preferably HTML
  • Experience in eCommerce / digital marketing, particularly SEO and Google Analytics
  • Content development process knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to project manage effectively, prioritize and deliver tasks on time
  • A data-driven mindset - using data to improve content performance and ability to work with data
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to help the team solve problems
