What will be your key responsibilities:

You will take place in a multinational team of specialists serving clients all over the world, which is part of Cybersecurity HUB.
The process covers the end-to-end lifecycle of access for internal, external employees as well as clients of the company. We use modern communication tools; we like our flexible working environment and a high team spirit.

As a new member of the team, you will be responsible for:
  • Support and solve all identity and access related issues
  • Periodically conduct a review of access
  • Deal with the customer lifecycle (onboarding / offboarding)
  • Maintain positive communication level towards customers
  • Work on projects related to identity and access
  • Complete assigned tasks/tickets timely with quality while meeting established service level agreements
  • Rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, policies, and procedures to perform job functions
  • Contribute to the definition of the new processes
  • Flexible working times and do occasional on-call duty

What experience should you have:

What do we expect from you?

  • 2-3 years of experience in identity and access management or/and end user support
  • You can translate “IT” to the non-technical customer
  • General IT knowledge (HOST, Windows, Active Directory, Network, Command line)
  • Knowledge of programming language (VBA) and SQL is very beneficial
  • Basic ITIL knowledge of incident, problem management and request fulfillment is nice to have
  • You are a great team-mate who can get on well with a team
