IT Specialist - SalesForce Analyst

The main purpose of this role is to develop and maintain Arriello’s Salesforce instance by performing internal business consulting, requirements management, administration and development, testing, training, documentation, and post-deployment support. This role is involved within the IT department and ensures a high quality of the services delivered. Acting as an integral role ensures that the IT system is supported and maintained in accordance with applicable procedures

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Executes project tasks and activities related to company’s ERP system (Salesforce and FinancialForce)
  • Works in close cooperation with the IT manager and IT consulant for further tasks allocation
  • Collaborate with technology teams and business users to manage implementation, training and support
  • Coordinates the usage of IT systems and act as administrator of those systems
  • Internal IT support to Business users
  • Provides architectural and technical inputs to the project
  • Analyse potential solutions to ensure obtain future needs
  • Plan and implement effective testing processes to ensure that deliverables adhere to standards.
  • Guides internal project stakeholders through the implementation of Salesforce and FinancialForce (Accounting and Professional Services Automation) solutions
  • Participates in key meetings with internal project stakeholders including workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
  • Consults internal project stakeholders to understand their business problems and translate them into solution requirements
  • Develops user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce and FinancialForce solutions for our clients
  • Participates in translation of business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce and FinancialForce platforms and products
  • Contributes to building the knowledgebase and resources of the team
  • Manages, coordinates, and delegates work to external partners
  • Manages less complex Salesforce integrations - those not handled by a external partners
  • Document customizations made in Salesforce and FinancialForce
  • Designs and manages the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered; Works with project team members to test and verify custom solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements
  • Trains new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Analyzes, cleans, inserts and migrates the data
  • Works on preparing the Salesforce Standard and Tableau CRM reporting; Collects and interprets the data, analyses results and reports the results back to the relevant members of the business
  • Plans ahead for Salesforce and FinancialForce upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects
  • Organises and file the document according to the company’s document management system
  • Uses company’s databases, systems, and any other IT tools applicable for the job in line with company procedures
  • Adheres to company’s processes and systems

What experience should you have:

  • Preferably Master’s degree in the Information Technology area or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on a Salesforce platform through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Demonstrable expert knowledge of IT terminology or experience working in a IT department to sufficiently demonstrate the knowledge required as assessed by the IT Manager
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
  • Strength in business analysis to uncover business processes and procedures
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
  • Proficiency in data migrations, business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau CRM), data processing frameworks, and report writing
  • Detail-orientation with the ability to quickly ramp up on new projects, their business needs, and technologies
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of web-based communication tools for conferencing (Skype/Teams, WebEx, etc.)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to delegate and oversee work of colleagues.
  • Ability to provide training and presentations to CxO level
