Manager

We are looking for a new colleague in our Create Czech Leadership Team who will lead great team (35+ people) of very mature and experienced people working mainly for our top Banking customer from Nordics.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Among traditional leadership responsibilities in this position, you will closely cooperate with our HR experts regarding headhunting and recruitment of new colleagues due to continuously growing business.

What experience should you have:

  • Leadership of bigger team (30+ people)
  • Knowledge of SW Development (technologies & methodologies)
  • You are independent leader, reliable, proactive, good team player
  • Skilled in recruiting people

Beneficial competence and experience:
  • Banking business knowledge
  • Experience with recruitment of Architects, Developers, Consultants
