Marketing Manager

The Flop Top retail chain of stores which belongs to FLOSMAN s.r.o. This network of more than 70 stores offers a higher standard of food sales quality and is an extension of the extensive network of diverse Flop stores.

The company's priorities include cooperation with local regional manufacturers and suppliers, the constant expansion of the range, emphasis on quality, and good price of goods. To provide this growth, we are looking for our new colleague in the following position:

Marketing Manager (B2C)

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Originate, and deliver outstanding marketing communications across multiple channels (social, digital, experiential, advertising, and more) across the Czech market
  • Create and manage content for B2B & B2C communication and sales support including presentations, newsletters and collateral
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all teams are informed of and coming activity
  • Collaborate with research and insights, customer experience, digital marketing, product owners and executives to develop campaigns and programs to generate demand and conversions
  • Crafts compelling content across print and digital marketing channels

What experience should you have:

  • Consumer-facing experience in Campaign Marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Agency or client-side experience is welcome
  • Ability to create compelling consumer-facing communications
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to navigate within complex organizational structures and influence
  • Excellent coordination, networking & communication skills both for internal & external
