OTC Accountant


What will be your key responsibilities:

As an OTC Accountant your main responsibilities will be the following:
  • Supporting the Billing/AR billing activities for a particular region
  • Timely generation of customer invoices (ensuring that invoices are sent on time)
  • Processing of all manual and automatic invoice requests (intercompany and 3rd party customers)
  • Prepare Retrobilling based on price changes
  • Analyze price/quantity discrepancies and communicate with Business Units and plants
  • Clarify differences and technical issues in Selfbilling
  • Execute month-end and year-end closing steps in accordance with the established work instructions and checklist
  • Cover Dispatching activities (Paper/PDF)
  • Active participation in continuous improvements projects
  • Assist with other departmental queries – e.g. cash application

What experience should you have:

Do you possess the following criteria?
  • Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in accounting/financial department
  • MS-Office knowledge, SAP program knowledge (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • English on advanced level is a must
