Outbound Trainer
As a trainer you will be placed on our logistics team, and ensure that all employees are trained and act following the established processes correctly.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for training colleagues
- You will prepare explanatory materials on both existing and newly implemented processes and communicate clearly and effectively about IT activities and tools.
- You will interface with foreign offices for training activities
What experience should you have:
- Preferably degree in economics/humanities
- Excellent knowledge of computer tools: Excel - Power Point
- Experience in writing process descriptions, training materials and flow charts
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
