Procurement Specialist with French

We are currently looking for detail oriented, well organized and communicative candidates with fluent French and English for the position Procurement Specialist. You will be in daily communication with clients and suppliers and help them with their purchase processes.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • investigating and resolving issues in contract to pay process
  • processing purchase requisitions into purchase orders
  • following up the purchase order to completion
  • validating the compliance of suppliers
  • creating contracts, requisitions and amendmends
  • identifying and definyning ideas for process improvement
  • managing end to end contracting process
  • creation and maintenance of suppliers documents
  • representing clients in contact with suppliers

What experience should you have:

  • fluent French and English
  • previous experience in procurement is an advantage
  • team spirit
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer orientation
  • good organizational skills and time management
