What will be your key responsibilities:

How YOUR daily tasks will look like?
  • Maintenance of current supplier database
  • Completion of the process in case of new suppliers
  • Keeping an eye for supplier's data changes and updates
  • Creating and tracking purchasing orders in the internal system
  • Processing of price changes agreement

What experience should you have:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Logistics or any related field
  • Fluent in the English and French language
  • Previous work experience in data analyzing and reporting
  • Previous work experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain is nice to have
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with any internal tool, SAP would be a great advantage
