What will be your key responsibilities:

In the Rebate & Commissions team we are handling income from our suppliers for various agreements and services. You will be responsible for incoming payments from providers and follow up on unpaid commissions in our Nordic Businesses. You will also be accountable for invoicing our customers, store support related tasks and for the whole area of sales.

Our team is divided into two parts; Supplier Funding and Commissions – which part you are about to become. Both parts of the team are considered as senior team where you will be cooperating with your colleagues, but mainly with the one responsible for commissions in the same country as you. The work itself requires a lot of independence, since you will be a part of an innovation of one of the basic tasks in the team. With that, you will be responsible for:
  • Taking care of correct matching of the payment with sells data in Accurate matching program
  • Creating claim lists for providers and working on the replies
  • Accounting for the stores in the Nordic chains
  • Sales controlling and booking
  • Communication with the Backoffice in Sweden and providers
  • Month end reporting
  • GL reconciliations
  • Training and support of newcomers and junior team members
  • Active participating in projects and process improvements
