Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of Change Management practices and frameworks.
Should be skilled in CM PII, GPX, and automation.
Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance.
Experience with release management tools, version control systems, and ticketing systems.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Excellent client interaction skills both in a formal meeting environment as well as in informal one-on-one meetings
Strong problem-solving skills.
