Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

What will be your key responsibilities:
As an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer, you will have the ability to share new improvement ideas and collaborate on projects. You’ll work in cloud operations team together with other specialists which have interest to develop our solutions. Some of the tasks that you will be responsible for:
·Work to implement cloud-based solutions for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
·Deploy and maintain application in cloud environments.
·Analyze possible application issues and help to troubleshoot those.
·Work with new customers onboarding and help existing delivery improvements.
·Support cloud team on performance, scalability, security, and integration of cloud environment components.
·Support application architecture and deployment in cloud environments.
·Follow up a monitoring stack and enhance monitor the live deployments.
·Understand the current application infrastructure.
·Have a basic understanding of Terraform and Ansible scripts and run those.
·Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance together with other cloud team members.
What experience should you have:
Experience with maintaining and operating applications on cloud.
Experience in Linux (preferably RHEL) administration and maintenance.
Experience in running automation scripts, like Ansible.
Basic knowledge of public cloud, preferably AWS.
Proficiency in using ITIL systems like SERVICE NOW, and JIRA ticketing systems.
Previous experience of working in Scrum/Agile.
Previous experience working in Cloud environment (Private/Hybrid, Azure, AWS)
Understanding of containerized deployment using Kubernetes and Docker.
